About Annabel Lewis

Annabel  has returned to painting after a break to have her three children.  She is a contemporary artist who works mainly in water based oils. She enjoys  a wide variety of subject matter and will consider most subjects to paint which she will then work to in a contemporary form.



Her techniques vary according to the feel of the image but creating texture is important to her. The palette of colours used is one of her strengths and the colours are modern in their selection.



Annabel works on a variety of different sized canvasses favouring the box canvas which can be hung with little preparation or indeed framing.



She has exhibited in the Surrey Open Arts

Events. Current work displayed in Follets in

Petworth and The Half Moon in Kirdford.



Annabel will work to commissions and will

consider most subject matters. Her  paintings

are always original one offs but if you see

something in the Gallery Section which you like

but is sold, then I would welcome your

commission.
